Abstract
The profound change in the performance of the pharmaceutical professional produced a great disorientation in the professors of the Pharmacy courses that remains until today, as few have effectively assimilated the modern projections and the challenges. Pharmaceutical care or pharmaceutical care is the philosophy of clinical practice that embodies most of the quality criteria that health care involves. Pharmaceutical care requires Clinical Pharmacy teams – people with various skills and levels of competence, where each member must cooperate to achieve a common goal. These teams are required to perform the usual leadership and management functions (eg, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating). When the clinical pharmacist is not integrated into the multidisciplinary team, their performance does not show a level of evidence.
